OverviewThe EPC-34 is a high performance single board computer (SBC), based on the Intel486™ SL Enhanced processor. The EPC-34 relies on an IntelDX4™ processor running at 100 MHz for its central processing. RadiSys uses only genuine Intel CPU processors, for maximum performance and product reliability. The EPC34 is a full feature, highly integrated embedded personal computer that can be inserted in a passive ISA bus backplane or as a stand alone computer. The EPC-34 supports standard PC applications running on DOS, Windows, OS/2, UNIX or realtime operating systems. Users include designers of data acquisition systems, medical equipment, telecommunications equipment, and many other OEM applications intended for portable or space conscious environments.
